CV in Brasil

Corporate Venture in Brasil is dedicated to fostering innovation and venture capital activities for international corporations within Brazil. It encourages Brazilian companies to engage in corporate entrepreneurial development, open innovation, and investment activities alongside a delegation of international guests from across the corporate venture capital ecosystem.

Since the debut event in 2015, GCV and ApexBrasil have supported over 140 global CVC leaders in connecting with Brazil, resulting in over $700 million in investments committed to the country.

International guests from USA, Japan, Europe, and Latin America came together in last years CV in Brasil for special panels discussing the maturity and the growth of the Brazilian CVC community, roundtable discussions and workshops designed to foster networking and experiences sharing related to CVC best practices. We brought together more than 140 women leaders for a dedicated Women in Venture panel and breakfast to tackle gender inequality in the industry – something GCV and ApexBrasil aim to do across their work.

What we've achieved over the years:

  • +USD 700M invested in Brazil by Global CVCs

  • 4212 Attendees,

  • 582 Speakers

  • 140 International Corporates

  • 126 Brazilian Startups Promoted

  • 218 Brazilian Fund Managers Promoted
